Launching in 2025, the "At Home Aged and Palliative Services" programme is co-designed by Working Together Group (WTG) and Mercy Hospice.

This initiative will equip community members with skills, knowledge, and resources to both provide compassionate at-home care at the end of life, and train others to do the same. Emphasising sustainability and inclusivity.
